Students build ELA skills including development of writing mechanics emphasizing structure, vocabulary, and detail. Through the Friends of Nick program, the oldest students build habits of integrity, kindness, and hard work. Through workshops and one-on-one counseling, OLQA’s pioneering High School Placement Program exposes students to a range of high school options, prepares them for high school entrance tests, assists families with the application process, and connects students to leadership and enrichment opportunities.
