Required for applicants entering grades Pre-K3 through 1:

• School tour
• Class visit
• Recommendation from previous school or daycare (if applicable)
• Progress report from previous school or day care (if applicable)

Required for applicants entering grades 2 through 3:

• Recommendation from previous teacher
• Most recent report card

Required for applicants entering grades 4 through 8:

• Recommendation from previous teacher
• Most recent report card and Standardized Test results
• Entrance exam (to be scheduled upon receipt of recommendation and report card)
• Interview with Principal

All applicants will need the following:

• Birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Baptismal certificate
• Other Sacrament certificates (if applicable)

• 1 child: $3,370
• 2 children: $5,550

• 4 children: $8,550

Annual rate for those who are not members of Catholic parishes

• PreK: $3,500

• Grades K-8
• 1 child: $3,500
• 2 children: $5,760
• 3 children: $7,415
• 4 children: $9,070

General Fee:

• $275 per child

Mandatory Fundraising Goal* (based on family size):

• 1 child: $200 per year
• 2 children: $300 per year
• 3 children: $400 per year
• 4 children: $400 per year

* OLQA runs a number of fundraising events. This helps offset the difference between tuition payment and the actual cost of each child’s education, which exceeds $5,800 per year per student.
